Stream Sarkodie’s New Mixtape ‘The Championship’ Now!

Sarkodie’s The Championship Mixtape is available for pre-save and pre-add on various music platforms via Ditto Music. The mixtape includes the track ‘Brag’ and features collaborations with Joey B, Xlimkid, and Beeztrap KOTM. Themes in the mixtape encompass trauma, survival, success, loyalty, and longevity. The production is handled by Fortune Dane, Altra Nova, and M.O.G Beatz. Fans can invest in shares of the project through a partnership with the blockchain platform Opulous.

Before the release of his new project, Sarkodie announced that the compilation, starting with the track ‘Brag’, was made specifically for his loyal hip hop fans. He shared that the month-long recording process drew fresh inspiration from his earlier albums, *Makye* and *Sarkology*. This collection explores themes such as trauma, survival, success, loyalty, and longevity, and features contributions from his longtime collaborator Joey B, along with rising talents Xlimkid and Beeztrap KOTM. Production duties were handled by Fortune Dane, Altra Nova, and M.O.G Beatz.

A BET award winner and one of the most decorated hip hop artists in Africa, Sarkodie has released nine solo albums, with his most recent full-length album, *Jamz*, arriving in 2022.

Ahead of *The Championship* release, Sarkodie teamed up with the blockchain platform Opulous during a promotional tour in London, UK. This partnership allows fans to invest in shares of the project.
