Inspector Twumasi has stated that saying that he k!lled Maadwoa was not something he willingly wanted to say.
The popular inspector made this statement when he appeared before the court on Monday, March 10.
Speaking with the media on what transpired at the court, the family of the deceased Maadwoa revealed that, Inspector Twumasi denied knowing Maadwoa.
The family claims inspector Twumasi told the court that he hardly knew Maadwoa and the relationship that existed between them was a platonic one, and not an amorous one as being speculated.
The family claims inspector Twumasi also refuted claims of k!lling Maadwoa, even though he had already admitted that.
When asked why he said he k!lled Maadwoa, but now saying he didn’t, Inspector Twumasi stated that he was being forced to say he k!lled him by the police officers.
Meanwhile, the case has been adjourned as inspector Twumasi is to appear before the court again for the continuation of the court ruling.
