Social media users trolled New Patriotic Party (NPP) vice Presidential candidate, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh aka NAPO following the swearing-in of President, John Dramani Mahama.
NAPO, who was unmarried for many years, got married just as speculations started flying that the then ruling NPP planned to choose him as the running mate for Dr Bawumia.
That led social media users to speculate that he had only gotten married for political reasons, so that he will have a second lady once in office.
Following the party’s loss and the transition of power being formalized with the swearing-in of Mahama, some people took to social media to troll NAPO.
“My problem right now is what will NAPO do with the lady he got married to sake of vice president position?” one netizen loudly wondered.
