OliveTheBoy's love for music began at a young age, listening to his mother's songs on cassette tapes. He recalled, "I knew about composing music from a very young age. I was just a kid, maybe four, five or six years old. I knew about it because I had listened to my mom's songs."

As OliveTheBoy's interest in music developed into a serious career aspiration, things became difficult at home. His mother had different hopes for his future and wanted him to pursue a more conventional profession. At one point, OliveTheBoy also envisioned himself becoming a doctor, but his growing love for music eventually changed his plans.

OliveTheBoy became rebellious in his determination to pursue his dream. He explained, "I literally forgot about being a doctor and everything. I had to become a very rebellious child. She tried to arrest me. She said she would arrest me, but around that time I knew it wasn't possible because I was already 18."
