According to a statement from the Ghana Police Service issued on Wednesday, March 25, the suspects were arrested on March 21, 2025, at Pankrono and Atimatim. They are being held in police custody and are set to be arraigned before court soon.
A fourth suspect, identified as Martin Amoah, is still on the run.
The Police implored the public to help in the search for the missing suspect. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Police toll-free at 191 or 112 or 18555 on MTN and Telecel.
MoMo vendors in the Ashanti Region in particular have been left in fear after recent attacks on their person. Following the murders of Nimako and Junior, a third MoMo vendor suffered a robbery in broad daylight when he was attacked by two men in his shop.
The robbery, which was captured on CCTV, showed the two entering the shop and proceeding to attack the vendor. They made away with loot but luckily, the vendor survived the attack.
