A Pragya rider has been spotted in a video involved in a physical altercation with a passenger who refused to pay him.
The rider had taken the passenger to her preferred destination and when he priced her, the passenger refused to pay, stating that she had been overcharged.
The female passenger opted to pay half of what the rider had initially priced. This triggered the rider to pull out a plywood from his tricycle and hit the passenger with it.
Passersby quickly intervened to restore peace though the rider was fuming.
