Efia Odo has finally confirmed dating Dancehall/reggae star Shatta Wale, underlining the major contributions she made while they were together.
Odo mentioned her deep affection for Wale, stating that she frequently used her money to prepare meals for him and his friends as well as extending her benevolence to his family members.
This fresh revelation stems from a forthcoming podcast, a preview of which was uploaded on social media, attracting the attention of family members.
Efia Odo stated that when she is deeply in love, she goes to tremendous lengths to show her feelings, as evidenced by her relationship with Wale, however, she did not define the length of their time together.
Efia and Wale have previously refuted claims of being in a romantic relationship.
In 2023, Efia Odo disclosed the reasons behind her decision to sever ties with Wale, although she did not explicitly affirm that they were ever in a relationship, instead characterizing their connection as a friendship.
Efia Odo conveyed her disappointment for having anticipated more from the artist, which ultimately influenced her choice to part ways with him.
“He disappointed me, and I blame myself for expecting too much. I anticipated the same treatment I offered him, but unfortunately, the energy wasn’t reciprocated. I had to step away from the toxicity,” she explained during an interview at that time.
