Media personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso, aka Delay, has stirred massive reactions online after sharing her gym video.
Delay has been sighted in a video flexing her body shape at the gym.
She was in a two-piece bodycon that snatched her figure perfectly as a gym enthusiast.
She was captured with her back facing the camera as she exercised her arms, thighs and torso.
According to Delay, she went early morning gym for a quickie before going to work.
Delay is being praised for taking good care of her body and also living healthily.
According to her fans, it is not easy to work out with that particular gym equipment but Delay makes it feel so easy.
