Ghanaian actress has shockingly revealed how she got married in 2019.
Speaking during her podcast, the restaurant owner disclosed how she married a broke man in 2019. Efia claimed that the marriage lasted for two years after she caught him cheating on her.
“I was married in 2019. It was a private wedding with close family and friends. The man I married was broke and didn’t have anything. But I married him because I loved him and I thought love was enough to sustain the marriage. But he cheated on me on multiple occasions. That was when I asked for a divorce”. Efia narrated.
Efia furthered that she was so naïve hence the reason she got married to a broke man who ended up cheating on her. She claimed that he was sleeping around with rich women to be able to feed himself.
“ I was young and naïve when married him. But not anymore. Now I don’t date broke men. If he can’t provide for himself, why would he provide for me?”. She added.
