M.anifest has spent over a decade building a reputation as one of the most technically precise rappers on the continent, and the Hennessy platform gave him the stage to show exactly that to an audience that stretches beyond Ghana’s borders. His verse sat comfortably alongside some of Africa’s longest-serving rap heavyweights, which for M.anifest, the Macalester College graduate who has never chased trends, felt entirely on brand.
