In a heartbreaking video shared by King Bygone and made available to The 1957 News, the woman is seen crying uncontrollably as she surveys the charred remains of her livelihood.

The inferno, which broke out late in the evening, left scores of traders in despair as their shops and wares were reduced to ashes.

Many reported losing significant sums of money and merchandise, with some lamenting that years of hard work had been erased in mere hours.

“We’ve lost everything. Where do we go from here?” the grieving woman cried, echoing the sentiments of many traders who rely on the market for their survival.

Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire, but preliminary reports suggest it spread rapidly due to the densely packed wooden structures in the market.

Emergency services managed to contain the blaze, but the damage was extensive.
