It has been alleged that TikTok star, Ama Official has been arrested. According to multiple reports by Instagram blogger, @Mari Gyata, Ama was lured by her fellow TikToker, Asantewaa on a fake deal.
It was alleged that Ama was contacted by a fake company that wanted her to be a brand ambassador. They asked her to come to Accra to come and market some products. They promised to pay 5000 cedis for the deal.
As desperate as she was, Ama traveled all the way from Kumasi to Accra only to be arrested by the Amasam police.
She was accused of defamation and lying that Asantewaaβs brother, Kay Verli had impregnated her and leaked her nβde photos on social media.
