Ghanaian dancehall icon Shatta Wale won three awards at the 42nd International Reggae & World Music Awards (IRAWMA), demonstrating his supremacy on the international scene once more.
Shatta Wale won in every category for which he received nominations at the event, which took place on March 30, 2025, at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts in Florida, USA.
His wins include:
Best Music Video – Killa Ji Mi
Best Crossover Song – Commando featuring Bounty Killer
Best African Dancehall Entertainer
This latest achievement further cements Shatta Wale’s legacy as the most awarded Ghanaian artiste, despite his absence from local award schemes in recent years.
