The mother of legendary Ghanaian rapper Okomfour Kwadee has made shocking revelations about the role of Hammer Nti in her son’s struggles with mental health.

Speaking in an emotional interview on UTV, she accused the former manager of forcing Kwadee to do music despite his fragile condition, exposing him to an environment that encouraged drug abuse. According to her, the pressures of the industry played a major role in worsening his mental health.

“His management team didn’t care about his mental health. All they cared about was him singing and making money out of his craft. Even when he wasn’t well, they still forced my poor son to work. The pressure from the work got to him and forced him to turn to hard drugs. As a mother, I get heartbroken whenever I see my son.”
