Andrea Jenkyns is a British politician and former beauty pageant contestant. She is the Deputy Chairwoman of the European Research Group (ERG) and a former member of the Health Select Committee.
She was first elected as the Conservative MP for Morley and Outwood in 2015 and served as Minister for Skills from 2022 to 2022.
Andrea Jenkyns was born on 16 June 1974 in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. She grew up in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, where she attended Outwood Grange Academy.
She later studied at the Open University, where she obtained a BA in International Relations and Politics, and at the University of Lincoln, where she earned an MA in Music.
