Popular TikToker Akonaba has been accused by another TikTok star of engaging LGBTQ activities.
The accuser alleged that Akonaba has been engaging in “trumutrumu” (a Ghanaian slang term for homosexual acts) and that his marriage was a façade designed to hide his illegal acts.
In a video that has since gone viral, the accuser claimed that Akonaba betrayed him and sabotaged his plans, though he did not specify the nature of these plans. He also alleged that Akonaba had been romantically involved with an upcoming gospel artist, further fuelling the controversy.
“Akonaba is not who he claims to be. The so-called marriage was all a lie to cover up the truth about him. Meanwhile, he has been doing ‘trumutrumu’ with an upcoming gospel musician. This is someone I trusted, and he turned around to betray me.” the accuser stated.
As of now, Akonaba has not issued any public statement regarding the allegations. A few months ago, the TikTok star claimed that he was married to the love of his life.
He often shared videos of himself with his loved on his social media platforms but he never showed her face. This has intensified the rumours that he is not married as he claimed.
