Founder of Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro has shared the story of how he made police detain his nephew who was tailing the IGP.

The passionate pastor revealed that his nephew had contacted him following his arrest by the Adenta Police for inappropriately passing while travelling from Dodowa.

“My nephew called to inform me that the Adenta Police had arrested him for wrongful overtaking. I asked him, what did you do? He answered that he was coming from Dodowa, and they tried overtaking and had been arrested,” Prophet Oduro recounted.

Upon receiving the call, Prophet Oduro requested to speak directly to the police officer handling the case. Introducing himself, he said, “I told him, you are my uncle, Prophet Kofi Oduro, Alabaster Church.”

According to the police official, the young man was arrested when they arrived in Adenta because he had been following the Inspector General of Police’s (IGP) convoy from Somanya.

The Prophet disclosed that instead of begging for forgiveness, he demanded that his nephew pay the price.

“I then added that he should be detained. It was a Saturday, so he was detained for the weekend and taken to court on Monday,“ he said.

“When my nephew called on Monday that he was being taken to court, I told him I would pray for him,” Prophet Oduro told his congregation.
