Ghanaian musician Akwaboah and his sister were unable to hold back their tears during a heartfelt visit to their father’s burial site.

The emotional moment, captured on video, shows the siblings mourning the loss of their late father, Kwadwo Akwaboah, also known as Akwaboah Senior.

Akwaboah Senior was a beloved Highlife legend who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

In the video shared by popular blogger Zionfelix, Akwaboah and his sister were seen standing before their father’s tombstone.

Akwaboah remained silent, visibly pained by the loss, while his sister knelt beside the grave, crying uncontrollably. The sight of their grief resonated deeply with many viewers.

Social media quickly filled with reactions as fans and well-wishers extended their condolences to the siblings. Comments poured in, reflecting the sadness felt by many.

User ayamamaryam expressed her sorrow, saying, “Awwwww the first time I watched that man 😭”

while miz_hanugold offered a comforting message: “May His Beautiful Soul keep Resting In The Bossom Of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST AMEN.”
