Every year on February 14, people celebrate Valentine’s Day, also known as Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine. Originally a Christian feast day celebrating a martyr called Valentine, it has now evolved into a major cultural, religious, and commercial celebration of passion and love in many parts of the world thanks to subsequent folk traditions.
However, the true meaning of the celebration has been ignored by Ghanaians, especially the female gender, who always feel entitled to be celebrated on that day without returning the energy.
In a self-recorded video of Ghanaian rapper Ypee, he has advised the male gender to flee from their girlfriend who cannot afford to get them a Mercedes GLE, which is worth over 50,000 dollars.
