Renowned blogger and entrepreneur, Dagaati Girl, known in private life as Leticia Karamin Yipala, has shared a heartfelt message with the public in anticipation of the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.
The sensational blogger urged the youth to remain calm before, during, and after the elections. She emphasized that they should not allow any politician to manipulate them into engaging in immoral activities that could lead to political instability in the country.

On election day, she encouraged everyone to go to their designated polling stations, cast their votes for their preferred candidates, and return home peacefully, avoiding arguments related to politics near the polling stations and their surroundings.
“Ghanaian youth, I plead with you not to let yourselves be used by politicians to engage in unacceptable practices. On election day, cast your vote peacefully and then relax until the results are declared by the Electoral Commission. If your party emerges victorious, celebrate at home; if not, do not resort to violence,” she stated.
She cautioned the youth to remain vigilant and not allow themselves to be exploited by politicians, who may abandon them after the elections, leaving their families to bear the burden of any consequences. “It is only your families that truly care,” she noted.
In conclusion, she emphasized the importance of protecting the peace we have as a nation, as we are one people with a common destiny. “The politicians are not our friends; once they win elections, they often change their behavior as if the youth played no role in their success,” she remarked during an interview with Abena Ghana on Abena Ghana TV.
