Johnny Davis is an American basketball player who was born on February 27, 2002, in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

He played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a standout player for the Badgers.

Davis is a shooting guard who stands 6’4″ tall and weighs 199 pounds. He is known for his scoring ability, athleticism, and work ethic.

He was a highly recruited player coming out of high school and chose to attend Wisconsin, where he played for two seasons.

In his freshman year, Davis played in 22 games and averaged 7.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

He was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team and helped lead Wisconsin to the NCAA Tournament.

In his sophomore year, Davis had a breakout season, averaging 18.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. He was named the Big Ten Player of the Year and earned All-American honors.

After his sophomore season, Davis declared for the 2022 NBA Draft and was selected with the 13th overall pick by the Indiana Pacers.

He is considered a promising young player with the potential to become a star in the NBA.

Johnny Davis was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin to Mark and Sarah Davis. Davis’ father, Mark, played professional basketball for 13 seasons, including stints in the National Basketball Association, following a college career at Old Dominion. 

His twin brother, Jordan, plays college basketball for Wisconsin and was his basketball and football teammate in high school.
