Canadian-born Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah was serenaded by Ghanaian musician Lasmid at the official launch of Gino Jollof Mix on August 26, at the company’s factory.
The musician took to the stage at the launch event and later decided to interact with the guests by stepping down and performing among them.
While performing his trending song Puul, Lasmid approached Jackie Appiah, who was seated in the front row next to her manager, Samira Yakubu.
The star actress was all smiles as he sang the trending song, which features Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, who was spotted promoting it recently.
Guests who were around Jackie Appiah cheered her to try and get her dancing along, while others took out their smartphones to record the interaction.
However, despite clearly being impressed, the actress did not dance, although she later embraced Lasmid to thank him for the gesture.
