The husband and father of the woman and three children who tragically lost their lives in a fire at Kumasi-Gyinyase has broken his silence on the devastating incident.

In a heart-wrenching account, he described the trauma of hearing his children’s desperate cries for help as they struggled in their final moments. According to him, the helplessness of not being able to save them will forever haunt him.

The tragic fire, which occurred on Sunday, completely engulfed their room, leaving no chance for escape. While investigations are still underway to determine the exact cause of the fire, the loss has left the community in deep mourning.

“Hearing my children scream for help but being unable to do anything is the most painful thing I have ever experienced,” he lamented.
