A heated altercation between an Uber driver and a pedestrian disrupted the busy streets of Circle yesterday, leaving bystanders shocked.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when a man attempting to cross the road got into an argument with the Uber driver over right of way.
The disagreement quickly escalated into a physical confrontation, as the pedestrian threw the first punch. The Uber driver, unable to keep his ground, struggled to retaliate as the punches kept coming.
Bystanders rushed to separate the two before the scuffle could get any worse. Many condemned the unnecessary violence, noting that patience and mutual respect are essential, especially in Ghana’s already chaotic traffic.
“I couldn’t believe it! Both of them could have handled this calmly, but look at what happened,” one onlooker lamented.
