Dzifa Gomashie speaks on death of final-year KNUST student

Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the Minister in charge of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, has extended condolences to the family of Joana, the Level 400 Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) student who was recently murdered.

Speaking at the launch of ‘Heritage Month 2025’ at the Channel One premises in Accra on February 28, 2025, Dzifa Gomashie raised concerns about the increase in reports of misbehaviour among the youth.

She pointed out that the misbehaviour going on in our communities and even in Parliament, have influenced the youth to also misbehave.

Hon. Dzifa Gomashie added that as Ghanaians (whether young or old) we should be more tolerant and live together peacefully, so that together we can build a better nation.
