She has been an integral part of the executive team since Dan and Tanya Snyder acquired the team in 1999, spearheading the launch and continued commitment of the Washington Commanders Charitable Foundation and expanding her role over the years into various aspects of the organization.
Since 2000, Tanya has led “the team behind the team” and guided social and community efforts across the organization. Under her stewardship, the Charitable Foundation has contributed more than $31 million to the local community and grown to impact more than 178,000 area youth each year.
