Ghanaian socialite and influencer Ayisha Modi has left fans deeply concerned after a recent TikTok live session showed her looking noticeably lean, unkempt, and seemingly disconnected. The video, which surfaced on May 28, 2025, captures Modi humming to herself and fixated on her phone, barely engaging with viewers.

In the footage, Modi appeared absent-minded, responding vaguely to questions and then quickly retreating into her own world. Her appearance and behavior have prompted an outpouring of worry from fans and followers, many of whom took to social media to express their alarm.

The timing of this unsettling video coincides with Modi’s recent mourning of Nii Adotey Cofie, an executive at Afro-Arab Properties and nephew of Sempe Mantse, Nii Adotey Otintor II. Cofie was found dead under mysterious circumstances on May 17, 2025, a loss that Modi has publicly grieved, referring to him as her “son” and expressing deep remorse for not taking threats against his life seriously.

In the wake of these events, Modi has also spoken about ongoing land disputes and has called on authorities to apprehend those she believes are responsible for Cofie’s death.

As concerns for her well-being grow, fans are urging those close to Modi to check in on her and offer support during this challenging time.
