Charles Asiedu, the Member of Parliament-elect for Tano South and son of renowned politician Johnson Asiedu Nketia, took his first formal steps as an MP by undergoing the registration process in Parliament.
This paves the way for his swearing-in to join the 9th Parliament of Ghana.
Asiedu, who secured a decisive win in the Tano South constituency, represents a new generation of leadership under the shadow of his father’s prominent political legacy.
Johnson Asiedu Nketia, affectionately known as “General Mosquito,” is the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), making Charles’s political journey one of significant interest to Ghanaians.
