Days after her well-received Porial pitch, in which vendors felt they weren’t getting value for their money, well-known Snapchat influencer Dulcie Boateng announced her foray into real estate with a video of her developing property.
She used her TikTok account to inform her fans about her upcoming project, which involved becoming a landlord for several houses rather than just one.
She stated in a video that she had entered the real estate industry and that she had started her project in December 2024. She added that she wanted to make progress on the building project before announcing it to the public.
She stated, “I set up goals for myself in 2025, and owning an apartment was one of them.”
