Ghanaian actress and TV presenter Beverly Afaglo has added another feather to her cap by opening a third branch of her shawarma business called Traffic Shawarma. The new outlet is located at Laterbiokorshie, near Oliver Twist, a popular spot for nightlife and entertainment in Accra.

Beverly Afaglo, who is also a trained beauty therapist had a passion for beauty and over the years was in the beauty business selling weightloss products and waist trainers via her shop Celebrity hall at Batsona Spintex Road but in 2020 diverted into the food business and launched Traffic Shawarma with the first branch at Tema, community 21. Her delicious shawarma got customers all over Ghana talking and wanting more as they delivered to far and wide including cities outside the region.
They started calling for branches near them. She later opened a second branch in Madina and has now expanded to Laterbiokorshie, where she hopes to attract more customers with her delicious and affordable shawarma.
In her bid to satisfy her many customers, she plans to launch the Traffic Shawarma franchise next year to get investors/partners to spread branches across Ghana to cater to all around the country and also to make Traffic Shawarma a household name and the most successful Ghanaian-owned food business.
Traffic Shawarma offers a variety of shawarma options, such as mixed shawarma, chicken shawarma, and loaded shawarma, which are made with fresh ingredients and served with sauces and toppings of the customer’s choice.
Beverly Afaglo has been praised by her fans and fellow celebrities for her entrepreneurial spirit and her success in the shawarma business. She has also received positive reviews from her customers, who have described her shawarma as juicy, delicious, and satisfying.
Beverly Afaglo is not only a successful businesswoman, but also an award-winning actress, who has starred in several movies and TV shows, such as A Northern Affair, The Game, Sidechic Gang, Crime to Christ, Return of Beyonce, The Prince Bride, etc.
She won the Best Actress in Comedy at the Terracotta Awards in Nigeria in 2010 and has been nominated in several prestigious awards.
