Croatia’s Ivana Knoll has sparked debate in Qatar, with locals apparently divided on the busty model’s skimpy outfits, earning her the title of World Cup’s hottest fan.

Knoll has caused quite a stir at group stage games after appearing in a striking hooded outfit and a chequered mini-dress.

Knoll said she was wary of Qatar’s modesty laws before arriving, but she was largely welcomed.

This despite receiving online abuse from trolls.

Some Instagram users took aim at Knoll’s recent posts, which included a bikini-clad visit to the beach and wearing a bikini tops and pants outfit to Croatia’s 0-0 draw with Belgium.

“What a shame from such a lovely young lady.” “Sad,” one person wrote.

“What’s the point of being rich, businesswoman, so beautiful, sexy, and desperate for attention?” another person asked.

“I’m not sure why they haven’t kicked you. “You’re insulting them in their own country,” said another.

It’s only a small sample of the insults hurled at Knoll, but she responded by saying he, like the locals, had embraced her.

Knoll told TMZ Sports, “The locals confirmed to me that I can wear whatever I want.”

“But I had no idea my video of me walking by the sea in a bikini would go viral.” The entire country is talking about it. Everyone here knows who I am, and I could tell that I was accepted.

“I’ve never been afraid of being arrested for being who I am, and I don’t think I can hurt someone in a bikini.” And if that warrants arrest, then arrest me.”

Women are expected to cover their shoulders and avoid wearing short skirts, according to the UK Foreign Office.

Women entering the Arab country are also prohibited from wearing revealing clothing or flashing their cleavage.

WAGs were advised to wrap a scarf around their necks to hide their busts.

“Visitors (both men and women) are expected to respect local culture by avoiding excessively revealing clothing in public,” Qatar’s tourism authority warned ahead of the World Cup.
