According to accounts, a married female officer at a small Tennessee police station is accused of engaging in wild sexual activity with six male officers, including having extramarital affairs while on duty.
According to WTVF TV, Officer Maegan Hall and her coworkers were involved in wild sexcapades that included exchanging lewd photos, stripping off her top at a “Girls Gone Wild” hot tub party, and even having oral sex with two other officers at the La Vergne, Tennessee, police station.
According to a December internal investigation, the sexy antics, in which Hall allegedly boasted about the size of one partner’s genitalia and claimed to be in a “open marriage,” not only resulted in Hall’s dismissal but also in the firings of Sgt. Lewis Powell, Officer Juan Lugo, Sgt. Ty McGowan, and Detective Seneca Shields.
According to the sources, Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay, two additional officers who are accused of having affairs with Hall, kept their jobs but were ultimately suspended.
The extramarital encounters occurred at hotels, parties at other officers’ homes, and on a boat. Additionally, the internal report from December 28 claims that Hall engaged in oral sex with Powell and Shields while on duty at the police station and police gym.
When La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole received a report that Hall was having extramarital affairs with numerous other policemen and having a threesome with Magliocco and his wife, among other allegations, investigators started looking into the erratic personal lives of the promiscuous officers.
The article claimed that when questioned about the tip, Magliocco acknowledged having sex with Hall “many occasions.”
According to the report, he admitted to investigators that Hall had informed him about Powell’s “huge black d-k” and that she had engaged in sexual activity with him while they were both working.
According to the paper, Magliocco reportedly claimed to have witnessed a kiss between Hall and Holladay while they were watching football at a party. He also claimed that Hall had kissed his own wife, Amy, after learning about their “open marriage.”
The officer claimed that Hall’s husband witnessed the kiss and informed authorities that the cuckold “definitely wasn’t on board” with his wife having a threesome with the Maglioccos. Despite this, she allegedly continued to date him, according to the investigation.
Powell then denied having sex with Hall when questioned, but said that “everyone knows she has several lovers” while naming Holladay and McGowan to the authorities.
Powell reportedly admitted to the tryst in a follow-up interview after being exposed for lying about going to the gym with Hall.
After that, Powell and his wife got into a fight, during which Powell claimed his wife “beat the s-t out of me” and that he “would most certainly lose his children” if she found out about the affair.
Holladay admitted under questioning to having sex with Hall “multiple” times, and McGowan revealed that he once went to Hall’s house with another female and exposed his genitals, according to the graphic report.
After initially denying having sexual relationships with Powell and Magliocco, Hall later copped to the affairs and also admitted having sex with Lugo at a motel after they met at a Go Cart center — a charge that Lugo initially denied before caving under a second interrogation.
Under questioning, Shields said, “I have never had sex with Maegan Hall,” until admitting she had performed oral sex on him while on duty when pressed, the inquest found.
Magliocco also noted he had become concerned about Hall’s mental health and heavy drinking — and driving. The officer said Hall had once pulled the trigger on an empty gun pointed at her temple “so she could hear what it sounded like” and said she was suffering from mental illness.
An oft-mentioned event in the report was a Memorial Day party in a boathouse owned by another member of the department, to which several officers had brought their children.
At one point during the party, an “intoxicated” Hall was reportedly being force-fed vodka by Magliocco in the hot tub, at which time her top came off, and other cops stopped the former officer from drinking and helped her cover up “to protect her,” according to Durham’s account.
Lugo, Powell and Shields were also dismissed for violating police procedure and lying during the investigation, along with McGowan — who had been witnessed choking an HR employee.
Holladay, Magliocco and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl were suspended in connection with the probe, officials said.
HR Director Andrew Patton, who authored the report and conducted the investigation, sanctioned the eight officers with various penalties for “sexual activity while on duty, sexual harassment, conduct unbecoming of an officer, and lying during the course of the investigation.”
