Nigel Gaisie, the founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel has got himself embroiled in a controversy over the death of former President Jerry John Rawlings.
Nigel Gaisie has been accused of trying to smuggle in Rawlings’ death into a prophecy he had earlier given on social media.
Former President Rawlings passed away at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital on the morning of Thursday, November 12, 2020.
News of Rawlings’ death went viral a few hours leaving many Ghanaians in shock.
As Ghanaians dealt with the shocking news, screenshots of Nigel Gaisie’s Facebook popped up suggesting that he had predicted the death of a top NDC politician very soon.
The supposed prophecy came in two folds with the first saying Joe Biden will be sworn in as US President on January 20, 2021.
The last party had Gaisie indicating that he had seen Ghana and the NDC crying (a suggestion that a leading member of the party was going to die.)

But not long after, a social media user shared two screenshots of Nigel Gaisie’s post. While one had the Ghana crying prophecy, the other did not.
According to the social media user, the prophet had posted the first prophecy without the Ghana part but had edited the post to make it seem like he saw the death of Rawlings coming.
