Molly Qerim is a sports broadcaster and host who is best known for her work on ESPN. She was born on March 31, 1984, in New Haven, Connecticut, and is of Albanian and Italian descent.
Qerim began her career as a sports anchor and reporter for CBS Sports Network, covering college football, National Signing Day, and the NCAA Tournament. She also hosted SEC Tailgate Show and Full Court Press during her time at CBS.
In 2015, Qerim joined ESPN and started hosting the show First Take alongside Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman. She has also covered the NBA Draft, the Super Bowl, and the World Series for ESPN.
In addition to her work as a sports broadcaster, Qerim has also worked as a model and actress. She appeared in the movie “All’s Fair in Love and War” in 2016 and has modeled for several publications, including FHM and Complex.

Molly Qerim is married to former NBA player and current sports analyst, Jalen Rose. The couple first met in 2016 while working together on ESPN’s “First Take” and began dating shortly after.
They got married in a private ceremony in July 2018. Jalen Rose played for several teams during his NBA career, including the Denver Nuggets, the Indiana Pacers, the Chicago Bulls, the Toronto Raptors, the New York Knicks, and the Detroit Pistons.
In December 2021, TMZ Sports announced Rose had filed for divorce from Qerim, after having been separated for about a year.
