Raphael Botsyo is a Ghanaian physically challenged man who was born with no legs but has proven that disability is not inability as he has conquered the world with his sporting ability.
Raphael Botsyo, born with no legs grew up to be a shoeshine boy in Sunyani, with a self-made wheelchair.
He then moved to Accra when he got to know that there was a sport for disabled people after he discovered his passion for sports.
Few years after joining the disabled sports in Accra, Ralphael defied all odds and has since graced the country with glory in all his races.
He’s been a National Wheelchair Racing Champion, All African Games Champion, Commonwealth Games Champion and a multiple Olympian.
