Karl Stefanovic is an Australian television presenter and journalist, best known for his work on the Nine Network’s breakfast program “Today”.
He was born on August 12, 1974, in Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Australia.
Stefanovic began his journalism career in 1994 at WIN Television in Rockhampton, Queensland.
He then worked for various other television stations in Australia before joining the Nine Network in 2000 as a reporter and presenter for the network’s news and current affairs programs.
Stefanovic became the co-host of the “Today” show in 2005, alongside Lisa Wilkinson. He quickly became a fan favorite with his easy-going personality and sense of humor. In 2011, he became the sole host of the show, and held the position until 2018.
