Johnny Ruffo Parents: Meet Jill Ruffo, Pascoe Ruffo

Johnny Ruffo is an Australian singer, actor, and television personality. He first rose to fame after appearing on the fourth season of the Australian version of the singing competition show “The X Factor” in 2011, where he finished in third place.

Following his success on the show, Ruffo signed a recording contract with Sony Music Australia and released his debut single “On Top” in 2012, which peaked at number 14 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart.

Aside from his music career, Ruffo has also worked as an actor, appearing in several Australian television shows including “Home and Away” and “House Husbands”. He has also hosted various television shows, including the Australian version of “Dancing with the Stars” in 2019.

Johnny Ruffo was born in Balcatta, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, to parents Jill and Pascoe Ruffo.

Ruffo’s parents separated when he was three years old. He spent most of his youth living in a small Homeswest unit with his mother.

Ruffo began pursuing his musical dream at the age of 12, following in the footsteps of his idol, Michael Jackson. He also taught himself to play the guitar and piano, and at the age of 14, he wrote his first song.
