Trixie Vorderman and Anton vorderman are the siblings of Carol Vorderman. They were born in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
Carol was the youngest of three children of a Dutch father, Anton Vorderman, and a Welsh mother, Edwina Jean Davies.
Their parents separated three weeks after Carol’s birth, and their mother took the family back to her hometown of Prestatyn, Denbighshire, North Wales, where Vorderman, Anton, and Trixie, grew up in a one-parent household.
Vorderman did not see her father again until Carol was 42. In 1970, her mother married Italian Armido Rizzi.
The couple separated ten years later. Vorderman’s father remarried; his wife died in the early 1990s.
