Barney Frank is a retired American politician and former member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He represented the state of Massachusetts’ 4th congressional district from 1981 to 2013.
Frank was a member of the Democratic Party and served as the chairman of the House Financial Services Committee from 2007 to 2011.
