Andy Dick, a disgraced comedian, was sentenced to 90 days in prison after being convicted of sexual battery.
According to The Blast, the 56-year-old appeared in a Los Angeles court on Thursday, where a judge ordered him to register as a sex offender.
The conviction stems from an April 2018 report to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department by an Uber driver that Dick groped him.
Beginning November 17, the comedian will check himself into the Los Angeles County Jail.
He was also ordered to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, 52 anonymous sexual compulsion meetings, 12 mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim.
Dick will be placed on “summary probation” for 12 months after being released from prison.
It comes after the troubled comedian was arrested in Santa Barbara, California, in October on theft-related charges.
Dick was charged with first-degree residential burglary after allegedly stealing power tools, to which he pleaded not guilty.
Dick’s legal troubles go way back. The “In the Army Now” actor was last arrested in May during a livestream for felony sexual battery after a man who went by “JJ” accused Dick of molesting him in his sleep.
The “Andy Dick Show” alum was released from jail days later after paying 10 percent of his $25,000 bail.
Dick pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery and sexual battery in 2018 after allegedly groping a woman’s buttocks.
In November 2021, he was also arrested for allegedly hitting his boyfriend with a liquor bottle.
Dick’s ex-fiancée Elisa Jordana dumped him in July 2021 after he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon months before.
